Word Sorts

Yesterday during word study students worked to sort words into word families. Other students sorted short and long vowels. 

Amazing Artists

We have some incredible artists in room 6!  Last week we drew and colored sugar skulls. Later in the year we will be studying mapping and Mexico and this was a fun connection.

Puppets In Education

Today we had the opportunity to watch a presentation by Puppets In Education. The show focused on worry and anxiety and how to deal with the feelings that worry can bring. Thank you Mrs. McCleary for organizing this for us!
