Your Very Own Robot!

Hi Everyone!
Beginning today I will post the youtube link to my read aloud. I have been told this is a better way to do it to prevent breaking copyright law. Please let me know if you have any trouble accessing it. As always...be well, stay healthy, and know that I miss you!

A Sign of Spring

Some people watch for birds, others notice grass peeking out, but in my case I watch for how fast first graders can take off their coats during an extra recess time!

Partnerships During Writing

Today we began to have a peer help us edit our work during writing time. Students helped each other to make sure that all ‘red’ words (sight words) were spelled correctly. It was so nice to see such great collaboration between first graders!
