The rain held off, the creemee machine was repaired, and we happily made our way to the Village Scoop! I think they were happy!

Potato Planting

On Monday all first graders had the opportunity to help plant potatoes behind the food shelf. When they return in the fall as second graders they will help with the harvest before delivering them to the food shelf. This is a great way to give back to our community! Thanks to Ralph Perkins for organizing the project!

Chick Celebration

I was amazed at the turnout we had for our Chick Celebration! Thank you all for coming to celebrate the learning and hard work of all the first graders!
