11 New Friends!
We have had an incredible hatch! 11 out of 13 eggs made it. They are all looking healthy and fluffing up!

Final Math Unit
It is hard to believe, but we have just started our final math unit for the year. Unit 9 will review key concepts that we have addressed over the course of this year.
Official Egg Turners
These three first graders were our first official egg turners! Our chicken eggs need to be turned 3 times a day to help with development. They did a great job!

Chick Hatching Video
Tomorrow will be a very 'egg-citing' day in first grade!! The eggs will arrive!! Today I showed this video as motivation for what will be happening in 21 days.
